My latest wood gear clock.... and it even works! It took about 2 months to cut the wood parts, entirely by hand using a scroll saw, but another 3 months to get the clock to tic. It took a lot of tweaking!
Its made of Bubunga, Spruce, and Marine Grade Birch plywood. The lead weights each weigh 1 1/2 pounds each. The clocks not very accurate as humidity causes the gears to expand.
